Organizers of the Indian Wells tournament have informed players that the FBI will be monitoring threats they receive on social media.

“We want to let you know that this year’s Indian Wells tournament will have an FBI on hand to monitor and deal with all of the insults and threats that players receive on social media,” the tournament press office said.
